Tough Talk from former Clinton Defense Chiefs

Former Secretary of Defense William Perry and former Assistant Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter have authored an Op-Ed piece in today's Washington Post dealing with the threat of North Korea to test a missle capable of delivering a nuclear war head to the mainland of the United States. In this piece, the two former defense officials argue the United States should strike the missle site before it ever launches.
