Senator John Edwards polling strong in Iowa

The Des Moines Register is reporting that former Senator John Edwards leads potential Iowa Caucus voters with 30% support of those polled. Edwards leads Senator Hillary Rodham-Clinton by 4% in a matchup of possible 2008 Democratic Presidential candidates.
